Not great. Often freezes and loses data more often than I care to put up with. I'm now in search of a replacement given that these issues persistent across two separate devices (a Chrome OS workstation and Chrome OS laptop) and multiple OS versions.

Very solid text editor with a lot of themes. Only giving it 4 stars because of the feature which lets you write multiple lines at one with Ctrl+Up/Down; that tends to get annoying very quickly.

The best available natively for ChromeOS. Was using Kate through a flatpak in Crostini, and it's nice to have something comparable that runs out of the box.

I don't know why, but after a recent update to Chrome OS, this app disappeared from my Lenovo Chromebook. Argh! So glad to find it hasn't been killed off. It's my ASCII text editor of choice for Chrome OS.

i would rate it higher but they have an auto launch feature on chromebook that cannot be disabled. i absolutely hate when developers try to force their product on you by including annoying features that are impossible to get around. uninstalling and not downloading this garbage again. bozos

thank you very much for providing this wonderful app. i've just installed it today and it worked great by now. still, i'm usually finding problems, and it would be great to allow reporting them, as github issues or any user group etc. probably due to my ignorance, caret marked some of my legitimate code as errors: 'use strict' and spread syntax ...ident_ifier, which come from es6. one more error marked code: removing the async hides the error marker. exports.up = async (knex) => { }; e...
