FlipPilot – Reseller Listing Assistant

List products on eBay from Amazon pages, keep prices and stock in sync, and manage orders. Requires a FlipPilot Pro subscription.

FlipPilot helps eBay sellers who source products from Amazon. It runs inside your own Chrome, with the Amazon and eBay accounts you're already signed in to. No eBay developer account is needed. A paid FlipPilot Pro subscription is required (monthly or yearly, sold at https://flippilot-license.flippilot-license.workers.dev). Without an active license, FlipPilot's features are locked. WHAT IT DOES • List from Amazon: on an Amazon product page, the FlipPilot panel lists that product on eBay. • Listing queue: add products from Amazon search or bestseller pages. FlipPilot lists them in the background at a pace you set, using your price, profit and brand filters. • Pricing: Amazon cost plus your markup or minimum profit plus eBay fees. • Price and stock checks: re-checks Amazon for your listed products on a schedule, updates the eBay price, and sets quantity to 0 when an item goes out of stock. • Orders: checks eBay Seller Hub for new sales and notifies you. "Order on Amazon" opens the product and fills in your buyer's shipping address at checkout. You review it and place the order yourself. • Auto-order (optional, off by default): if you switch it on, FlipPilot places the Amazon order for each new eBay sale by itself, within limits you set (maximum order total, minimum profit, orders per day), using the payment method on your Amazon account. Anything unexpected stops the run and hands the order back to you. • Tracking: reads the tracking number from your Amazon order and adds it to the eBay order. • Also: Product Finder, Stock Tracker with CSV export, Profit tracker with CSV export, Repricer, Stale listing cleaner, and a VeRO and duplicate check before every new listing. • AI listing writer (optional): add your own Anthropic API key and FlipPilot drafts titles, descriptions and item specifics. Without a key, it uses a template. HOW IT WORKS FlipPilot opens Amazon and eBay pages in muted background tabs of your own Chrome and uses eBay's own forms, as you would by hand. It never tries to get past sign-in prompts, captchas or security checks. When one appears, it pauses and tells you. Automation runs only while Chrome is open. BEFORE YOU SELL You are responsible for following eBay's and Amazon's rules. eBay's drop shipping policy, for example, doesn't allow having another retailer ship directly to your buyer. FlipPilot doesn't guarantee sales or profit. YOUR DATA Products, orders (including your buyers' names and shipping addresses, which are needed to fulfil the orders), settings and any API keys you add are stored only in Chrome's local storage on your computer. To check your subscription, FlipPilot sends your license key and a random install ID to the FlipPilot license server. Product details go to Anthropic only if you add your own API key.
