Flashscribe for Chrome puts your Flashscribe account one click from any tab. TRANSCRIBE THIS VIDEO On a public video or podcast page, one click sends the link to Flashscribe, which fetches the media and transcribes it - no need to sit through playback. The same action is in the right-click menu on any media link or player. RECORD THIS TAB On a video call, a webinar or anything else playing in a tab, record the tab's audio - with your microphone mixed in if you want - and get a transcript when you stop. Nothing joins your call: the recording happens in your browser and uploads when you press Stop and transcribe. WATCH THIS SITE On a channel, podcast or blog page, add it to your watched sources. Flashscribe checks it for new episodes and posts and queues them for you. Everything lands in the same account as the web app, with the same languages (auto-detect or pick one), exports and sharing. You need a Flashscribe account: sign in on flashscribe.ai and the extension uses that session. Privacy: the extension records only when you press Start, sends page addresses only when you ask it to transcribe or watch them, keeps nothing after an upload, and talks to no one but Flashscribe.
