Flagger

Flag changes to elements on a website and copy instructions to hand to your agent.

Point at the thing you want changed instead of describing it. Flagger turns "make the signup button bigger and move it left of the logo" into a brief your coding agent can actually act on. Click the toolbar icon, click the elements you want to change, write a note on each one, and Flagger copies a clean Markdown brief to your clipboard — ready to paste into Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or whatever agent you use. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Flagger icon on any page. A compact control appears in the corner. 2. Hover to highlight elements, click one to flag it, and add your note. Each flag drops a numbered pin on the page. 3. Click Copy & Exit. The brief is on your clipboard and the session is filed away in History. WHAT ENDS UP IN THE BRIEF Each flag carries the context an agent needs to find the right code — and nothing it doesn't: • The page URL and an auto-generated, ID-aware CSS selector • An element summary (tag, short label) and its rendered size • Identifying attributes such as data-testid, aria-label, href and role — never the noisy class list • The React or Vue component name, plus the source file and line on dev builds • The handful of styles that matter for sizing and color asks • Your note Empty fields are dropped, so a plain flag stays short. FLAG, BUG, OR COMMENT Mark each flag by the nature of the feedback — a neutral flag, a bug, or a comment — so the agent knows how much weight to give the note. The type colors the pin and tags the brief. SESSIONS THAT SURVIVE Everything is saved as you work. Close the overlay or navigate away and your flags are still there when you come back. A session can span multiple pages and sites; flags from elsewhere stay in the list and clicking one jumps to its page and highlights the element. Copy & Exit ends a session and files it in History, where you can re-copy any past brief with one click or reopen it to keep going. PINS THAT BEHAVE LIKE COMMENTS Click a pin on the page and it expands in place into its note — read, edit, or delete it without opening the menu. STILL NEED TO USE THE PAGE Press Alt+Shift+P (or click the Pause corner) and clicks pass straight through to the page, so you can open a menu, follow a link, or fill a form. Press it again to resume flagging. Your flags stay put. FOLLOW ACROSS PAGES — OPTIONAL By default the overlay lives only on the page you opened it on. If you're working across several pages, Flagger offers to follow you, and after you approve it once the overlay reappears on every page you navigate to. PRIVACY Flagger makes no network requests of any kind. There are no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Your flags and sessions are stored locally in your browser and the brief goes to your clipboard — nothing else. A fresh install asks for nothing broad: Flagger uses activeTab, so it only sees a page at the moment you click its icon.
