Cookies Not Getting Detected On Any Website

This problem seems to have started after the 2022-06-30 update. I noticed it because I have been using Flag Cookies to do cookie logins on the JDownloader program.

If I reload the page, Flag Cookies seems to detect cookies, but after a few seconds, the cookies disappear from the list. If I try to use whatever cookies were detected for cookie login, it does not work, because crucial cookies like the sessionid are always missing.

I also use EditThisCookie, and that extension is working as it should. The Mozilla version of this extension is working properly. Please fix the Chrome version when you can.

The "disappearance" of cookies should have been fixed in the newest release 3.1.9.

Can you tell on what website you are using FlagCookies where this particular issue occurs?
If you do not want to share it here, you can email me the details at "jan@dwrox.net" so I can investigate further. Just add to the title "Google Bug report" so I know.
