PTC Visual QA
Overview
Record and replay user flows for translation quality assurance
PTC Visual QA turns multilingual QA from a manual click-through into a one-button job. Record a flow on your source-language site, then replay it across every language in your PTC project — the extension captures full-page screenshots and sends them to PTC for AI-powered visual review. How it works: 1. Open your site, start recording, and click through the flow you want to test. Tell PTC what screens you want reviewed. 2. Save the recording. 3. Hit Replay. The extension runs the same flow against every target language in your app and uploads the screenshots to PTC 4. Open the review link to see what the PTC flagged — layout breaks, overflowing buttons, untranslated strings, and other language-specific regressions. Highlights: - Full-page screenshots — long landing pages captured in one shot - Seven language-switching strategies: URL path, subdomain, query parameter, cookie, WPML, custom API, or auto-clicking your language picker - Resilient element matching — recordings keep working when text changes between languages Built for teams translating their browser apps through PTC (OTGS's Private Translation Cloud). Requires a PTC project — connect with one click via the secure sign-in flow.
