FillZap™

FillZap™: one-click job application autofill, with optional AI resume and cover letter writing.

Stop typing the same details into every job application. FillZap™ fills them in for you in one click, so you can apply to more jobs in less time. HOW IT WORKS Save your profile once: contact info, work history, education and answers to common questions. Open any application, click "Fill this application," and FillZap fills in the form. You review everything and submit it yourself. FillZap never submits for you. WHAT YOU GET - One-click fill for text boxes, dropdowns, yes/no questions and dates - Can attach your saved resume automatically - "What's left?" outlines any required question that's still empty, so nothing gets missed - "Remember answers" saves new answers you type, so the next site that asks gets them filled - Free AI writing help: FillZap builds a request from the job posting and your profile to paste into any AI chat tool, or writes it for you with your own key for the AI service you choose. Preview the cover letter or resume, then attach it or download it as a PDF or Word file - My applications: tracks every job you work on, with status, notes and follow-up reminders. Upload or download a spreadsheet (CSV) - Skips hidden anti-bot trap boxes and tells you when a page has a CAPTCHA for you to complete - English and Spanish WORKS WITH Most online job applications, from company career pages to the hiring systems many employers use, including forms embedded inside a company's own site. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your profile stays in your browser. FillZap has no account and no server. Optional AI writing sends the job posting and your profile to the AI service you choose only when you click, using your own key. PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE YOU SUBMIT FillZap and AI can make mistakes. Always check every answer and every AI result before you submit or send anything. Free to use. Terms of Use: https://claude.ai/artifact/L2KG3feCm6B1N5AVfogsTZ
