the BEST FB CRM messenger software that i can ever find! i have tried so many different software, i faced problems at organizing my fb friends / leads in my fb. and i have clients where i need to message them in bulk as regards to my program updates. Client CRM is insanely powerful, colour coded labels for tracking conversations is a lovely touch. Oh, it's also very easy to use.
