OmniSnap AI Studio
Overview
Full-page screenshots with editable Figma paste, design redlines and brand tokens. 100% local — nothing leaves your machine.
OmniSnap AI Studio is a Chrome extension for people who ship interfaces, designers, frontend engineers, and QA. It captures a live page the way it really looks, then gives you clean handoffs instead of another blurry screenshot in a chat thread. Most tools stop at a picture. OmniSnap goes further: measurements on the image, brand tokens from the CSS, editable layers for Figma, and a short defect write-up when something is broken. All of it stays on your machine. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no telemetry. Full-page capture Take exactly what’s on screen, or scroll-stitch the entire page at device resolution. That includes product apps where the page itself doesn’t scroll the content moves inside a panel. If you need to prove a layout at a real breakpoint, render at 375, 768, 1440 or 1920 px and capture how the site reflows, not only how it happens to look in your current window. Copy for Figma Paste into Figma as editable text, frames and images, lined up as the page rendered them. You get layers you can restyle and rewrite not a single flat PNG you have to rebuild from scratch. Inspect & Redline Measure spacing, radii and type directly onto the shot. Useful when you’re filing a spacing bug, checking a design against production, or showing a teammate what “8px off” actually means. Brand kit Pull colours, type scale, shadows and spacing from the page and export them as Tailwind, CSS, SCSS or W3C design tokens. Handy when you’re documenting an existing UI or starting a handoff pack without hunting through DevTools by hand. QA diagnostics Collect Web Vitals, failed and slow requests, storage issues and console errors, then fold them into a defect note you can paste into a ticket. If Chrome’s built-in on-device AI is available, the handoff writer can draft that ticket from the capture evidence and the steps you numbered on the screenshot, suggest names for your design tokens, and write alt text. The model runs locally, nothing from the capture is sent to a remote AI service. Privacy by design Captures live in your browser. Only the latest one is kept; the next capture replaces it. OmniSnap does not create an account for you, does not upload your screenshots, and does not track usage. What you capture stays with you. Who it’s for • Designers who need production truth in Figma without redrawing every label • Engineers who want a shareable before/after with real measurements • QA who need evidence, layout, vitals, console in one place • Anyone reviewing a site who is tired of “can you send a better screenshot?” OmniSnap is free to use. If it saves you time and you want to support ongoing work: https://buymeacoffee.com/developerpagadi Support is optional. The extension remains free, local, and without accounts either way.
