FixLink Capture records a support walkthrough in your browser and turns it into a clean, customer-ready guide you can share as a link. How it works 1. Open the page where your customer gets stuck. 2. Open the FixLink Capture side panel and press Start. 3. Walk through the fix once — FixLink records the clicks and screenshots. 4. Save the draft to your FixLink account, then polish, publish, and share the link.
