FixLink Capture records a support walkthrough in your browser and turns it into a clean, customer-ready guide you can share as a link. How it works 1. Open the page where your customer gets stuck. 2. Open the FixLink Capture side panel and press Start. 3. Walk through the fix once — FixLink records the clicks and screenshots. 4. Save the draft to your FixLink account, then polish, publish, and share the link. Built for real customer screens • Sensitive fields (password, email, payment, token/secret) are blurred the moment you start recording. • It never records what you type — only clicks and structure. • Detected emails, long numbers, cards, and secrets are redacted into placeholders. • One click blurs anything on screen, or blur every input field for screen-recording. You manage, edit, publish, and share guides in the FixLink web app at usefixlink.com. A free FixLink account is required to save guides.
