Bridges Five9 call events to Wink via the Five9 web app's appsvcs WebSocket.
Wink Five9 Integration connects the Five9 web application with the Wink dashboard so agents can see relevant call context during live customer calls. The extension detects active Five9 call information, such as the caller phone number, and securely shares that context with Wink. This helps agents quickly identify the customer, view relevant information, and provide faster support without manually copying details between systems. This extension is intended for authorized Wink users and organizations using Five9.
