I've installed the desktop and browser components but every time I login, it starts with the message "Softphone station requires one additional component." and one has to wait like 5 minutes for the webapp to recognize that you indeed have the components already.

Extension seems to only alert me of new texts and emails, but not phone calls. If this is a user error, I'd love to know how to fix this gap.

I’ve faced multiple issues with disconnections and voice clarity during the service. It made the experience frustrating and difficult to resolve my customer's concerns. I hope improvements can be made to enhance the overall quality of service.

The absolute worst phone system, I would not recommend if you are using it for a business.
