Finpliq Portal Capture

Send selected invoices from a supplier portal to Finpliq without sharing portal passwords or cookies.

Finpliq Portal Capture helps Finpliq users securely collect invoices and receipts from supplier portals. After connecting the browser to their Finpliq business, the user opens a supplier website, signs in directly with the supplier and asks Portal Capture to find invoice-like downloads on the current page. The user chooses each document to send to Finpliq for review. Finpliq does not receive supplier passwords or session cookies, does not inspect browsing history and does not automatically post accounting entries, approve claims or authorise payments.
