Overview

Augment the social media's infinite scroll feeds so that you'll know the amount of doom scrolling is done.

Finite adds a number for each post to your infinite timeline, so you'll know the amount of information you've consumed or the amount of doom scrolling is done. It's your doomscrolling exit cue. It also makes scrolling more intensional. You are consuming the information, rather than letting the timeline do all the spoon-feeding. You can decide to read 20 tweets or browse 15 posts , and then get back to work. You already know how many people you followed, now you'll also know how many posts that are created every day on your timeline, and assess if it's reasonable to browse all of them.
