Overview

Hands your approved SubLoop posts to the native schedulers on Substack Notes and X, one at a time.

SubLoop turns a newsletter archive into an evergreen distribution engine. It reads what you have already published, writes a fortnight or a month of posts in your own voice, and lays them out on a calendar for you to review in one sitting. Most of those posts publish themselves. Two do not, and this extension is why. Substack does not accept Notes sent by an app, and X charges per post through its API. Both platforms already give you a perfectly good scheduler. This extension uses it. HOW IT WORKS 1. You approve a batch in SubLoop, as normal. 2. Press "Sync autopilot engine" on your calendar. 3. The extension opens one composer at a time, fills it with the post you approved, sets the date you approved, and hands it to that platform's own Schedule button. 4. Your calendar shows what was scheduled and what was not, with the reason. It takes a couple of minutes and needs the browser left open. Tabs open and close on their own. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO It never publishes immediately. Every path ends on a Schedule control, and if the scheduler cannot be reached or the platform will not confirm the time, the post is reported as failed and nothing is sent. It never reads anything. No feeds, no messages, no followers, no contacts, nobody else's posts. It fills a composer and closes the tab. It never sees a password. It uses the session you are already signed in with. It works one post at a time, with a pause between them, because a burst of tabs looks like an attack to any abuse heuristic. REQUIRES A SUBLOOP ACCOUNT The extension does nothing on its own. It is the hand-off step of subloop.me and has no function without an account there.
