Overview
Play a video or stream in Chrome. Click FindTunes and get the song.
Find the song playing in your current Chrome tab. Play a video or stream, open FindTunes, and click Find song. The extension captures a short audio-only sample from the active tab and sends it, together with the current page URL, to FindTunes for recognition. When a song is identified, see its name, artist, available cover art, and a link to the full result with listening links when available. No account is needed to start. Free daily search limits apply. Some audio cannot be captured or identified, including protected content and music missing from the recognition catalog. FindTunes captures audio only after you click Find song. It does not record your microphone or screen, monitor other tabs, or listen continuously.
