FindProof reads the active webpage, finds the most relevant passages, generates a concise AI answer, and shows the supporting evidence so you can check the source yourself. It works like an AI-powered webpage assistant, semantic search tool, research helper, and evidence highlighter built directly into Chrome. Use FindProof to quickly understand webpages, find important information, summarize page content, locate hidden details, and verify answers without leaving the page you are viewing. FindProof focuses on evidence. Every useful answer is connected to source text from the page. You can click Jump to scroll directly to the relevant passage and see the highlighted proof yourself. This makes FindProof useful for web research, fact checking, reading comprehension, online shopping decisions, technical documentation, policy review, and everyday browsing. FindProof is especially helpful when normal browser search is not enough. Chrome search works when you know the exact word to search for. FindProof lets you ask naturally, such as “Can I cancel this?” or “What should I know before buying?” and then finds the relevant page evidence even if the page uses different wording. FREE AND PRO PLANS FindProof is free to install. The Free plan includes 8 page questions per week. An optional Pro subscription provides a higher usage limit and can be purchased or managed through ExtensionPay. After checkout, FindProof checks the payment status and activates Pro automatically after the payment is verified. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by FindProof. PRIVACY While the FindProof side panel is open, the extension reads the active webpage to prepare searchable text. When you submit a question, your question and extracted text from that active page are securely sent to FindProof's cloud service. FindProof selects relevant page context and sends it to an AI model provider to generate the answer. FindProof does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or collect your complete Chrome browsing history. FindProof is designed around the active page you choose to analyze. It does not crawl your browser history or automatically analyze every page in the background. Recent answers are stored separately for each tab in Chrome's temporary session storage and are cleared when the browser session ends. FindProof does not store full page text as browsing history. IMPORTANT NOTICE AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important information against the highlighted source and original webpage.
