The extension uses the handle from the URL (never reads page content) to query our resolver, which matches the X profile to a LinkedIn URL using multi-signal disambiguation. The result appears in the popup. Copy it, open it, or look up the next person. If the resolver can't find a confident match, you see "No LinkedIn found, no credit used" - and the credit isn't spent.
