Overview
A free, open-source browser extension that improves Cmd/Ctrl + F with a contextual list of every match.
Find in Page upgrades the familiar Cmd/Ctrl + F experience with a clear, contextual list of every match on the page. Instead of jumping through results one at a time, you can scan all matches in document order, see the surrounding text, and go directly to the result you need. Key features: • View every match with its surrounding context • Click any result to jump directly to it • Navigate with the keyboard or previous and next controls • Highlight all matches, with the active result clearly distinguished • Match case, whole words, or regular expressions • Search text inside supported form fields • Keep results up to date as page content changes • Preserve your search and selected result separately for each tab • Use a theme-aware interface with accessible keyboard navigation Open Find in Page with Cmd + F on macOS, Ctrl + F on Windows and Linux, or the extension toolbar icon. Your searches stay private. All processing happens locally in the current tab, and neither your search terms nor page content are sent over the network.
