One-Click Formatting for Google Docs

Apply a saved formatting theme to the entire open Google Doc in one click.

One-Click Formatting lets you save a formatting "preset" — fonts, weights, sizes, colors, line height, spacing, lists, links, borders, and tables — and apply it to an entire Google Doc in a single click. Instead of manually restyling every heading, paragraph, and list by hand, define the look once and reuse it across every doc that needs it: client reports, proposals, internal docs, or anything with a house style. What it styles: - Title, Subtitle, and Headings 1–6, and Normal text — font, weight (Normal/Medium/Semi Bold/Bold), size, color, alignment, line height, and spacing - Bulleted and numbered lists — their own font, size, weight, color, spacing, and optional glyph style - Hyperlinks — text color and underline, applied wherever links appear - Paragraph borders and shading — choose which sides, plus width, color, dash style, and padding - Tables — cell shading, vertical alignment, borders, padding, and an optional styled header row How it works: 1. Open a Google Doc. 2. Click the extension icon. 3. Hit Apply on a saved preset. The extension reads the document's structure through the official Google Docs API and updates matching paragraphs, lists, links, and tables to match your preset. It restyles existing structure — it doesn't turn a plain paragraph into a list or change which heading level something already is. Create and edit your own presets from the popup. Presets sync across your Chrome profile via chrome.storage.sync, so the same presets are available wherever you're signed in.
