Finance-focused shortcuts and full-colour tabs for Google Sheets.

FinanceKeys makes Google Sheets faster and clearer for finance, FP&A, accounting and modelling work. It is built for people who use Google Sheets but miss the speed and structure of Excel-style keyboard shortcuts. FinanceKeys adds a lightweight productivity layer to Google Sheets, focused on faster model navigation and formatting. Current features include: • Full-colour sheet tabs instead of Google Sheets’ thin native tab colour line • Selected-tab gradient so it is easier to see which sheet is active • Excel-style border shortcuts using familiar key sequences • Single-line border defaults unless a thick or double border shortcut is specifically used • Shortcut support for common border actions including bottom, top, left, right, no border, all borders, outside borders, thick borders and double bottom borders • Simple FinanceKeys command palette for refreshing tab colours and viewing available shortcuts FinanceKeys is designed for financial models, reporting packs, planning files, budget trackers and other multi-tab Google Sheets workbooks where navigation and formatting speed matter. The extension runs only on Google Sheets pages. It is designed to improve the spreadsheet interface and shortcut experience. It does not collect, store, sell or transmit spreadsheet contents. This version is being tested for performance, shortcut reliability and visual behaviour across different Google Sheets files. Feedback is welcome.
