Displays additional information when browsing FinalWhistle website.

Currently consists of the following modules: - academy buttons - creates additional space between hire and fire buttons to avoid misclicks - calendar - adds Y and S letters to indicate youth and senior games - lineup - displays additional markup on the lineup->set pieces screen to allow quick overview of your squad in context of assigning them to specific roles (captain, penalty taker etc.) - match - gathers the data from match reports, injury information, minutes played etc. - player - adds injury information, minutes played and midfield contribution calculation to the player page as well as tooltips explaining the computed skills table - players - adds long shot and midfield contribution columns - row highlight - adds ability to highlight a row on the players page (also when looking at other teams) - tags - makes the tags bigger and allows color customization Starting with version 1.1.0 the settings screen offers functional modules customization where you can choose which modules you want to use, and also customization for the player tags colors (uses default Final Whistle denominations colors by default). Starting with version 1.3.0 the lineup module is available. In version 2.0.0 the match module is available.
