Filmweb notes

Makes it possible to add a note to each film on filmweb.pl

Notes are persistently stored in Chrome sync storage of your account, I don't store any of your data anywhere. Experimental feature: Also saves the run time of each movie in sync storage, displays it on the "want to see" page, and lets you sort from the shortest time. You need to visit each movies page for the runtime to be saved though. Experimental feature 2: You can load notes into the extension by submitting them in the json format using the extension popup menu.
