FillOnce Autofill
Overview
Types your saved FillOnce credentialing answers into insurance and hospital application websites.
FillOnce Autofill saves credentialing coordinators from re-typing the same information on every payer and hospital website. How it works: 1. Sign in to fillonce.online once in Chrome. Your practice and surgeon profiles load into the extension automatically. 2. Open any insurance or hospital application website and log in as usual. 3. Click the FillOnce button, pick the practice, surgeon and office, and click "Fill this page." 4. Boxes it recognizes (names, NPI, tax ID, license, DEA, malpractice, CAQH, addresses, phone) fill in and are outlined in teal. 5. For any box it misses, right-click it, choose FillOnce, and pick the saved answer. 6. Review the page and click Submit yourself. Built to be safe: - Only fills when you click. It never reads pages on its own. - Never overwrites anything already typed. - Never clicks Submit, Sign or Attest. - Never sees or stores your passwords. - Your profiles stay in your own browser; nothing is sent anywhere. Requires a FillOnce account (fillonce.online), with a 14-day free trial.
