Allows users to use UNC links
FileTrail Web Application - Local/UNC File Download Adds support to the "file" URI scheme in Chrome (file://) to open files stored on a local drive or network from within the FileTrail application. By default, Chrome prevents the download of local files using the file URI scheme, requiring the user to copy the local file path from FileTrail and paste it into a separate browser tab/window or into Windows Explorer. With this extension, local file paths stored in FileTrail can now be retrieved with a single click, opening the file in your computer's default application (ex: Word or Excel).
