Filebar will display your recent download history in the scrollable bar on the bottom of your Chrome browser.

5 stars for the efforts. But still needs a few improvements like others mentioned. Also, need to limit displayed characters of the filename. If the filename is too big it looks ugly. Also tabs in Google Sheets are not visible because of this bar, unfortunately can't use it because of that. Thank you

A great extension to use, as I am very sad that the original chrome download status bar disappeared. This is a very good alternative, that comes close enough for me. The only issue I notice is when switching from full screen mode in chrome back to normal: the download bar appears on the bottom for no obvious reason, and you have to click it away. Maybe this can be fixed in a future update version.

When clicking on a file on the bar to open the download, the browser has a popup bubble that appears asking Open Download Allow FileBar - Download Bar to open TheFilename.xyz No / Yes How can we not see this popup? Is there a way to always allow download bar to open downloads without this bubble prompt?
