Overview

Search and analyse Salesforce debug logs: filter by user/time, keyword search in log content, colour-coding by event type.

Fije Log Explorer for Salesforce is a browser-based tool for Salesforce developers and administrators to find and read Apex debug logs quickly, without clicking through Setup one log at a time. It opens in its own full tab and talks only to the Salesforce org you already have open in another tab. WHAT IT DOES -> Search Apex logs by user and by time window. Each result shows status, duration, size, operation and start time, plus an exception count and a heuristic "truncated log" flag. -> Fetch log bodies in bulk. Downloads run with a concurrency limit so large result sets stay responsive, with a live progress indicator. -> Full-text search across the fetched logs. Type a method name, an exception class, an Id — matching logs are filtered in place and each shows the first matching lines as a preview. -> Built-in log viewer. Virtualised so multi-megabyte logs open instantly. Lines are colour-coded by event category (errors, debug, DML / SOQL, callouts, flow, limits) and indented by call depth. Recognised Salesforce record Ids become clickable links. Find-in-log with next/previous. -> User trace flags. See every active USER_DEBUG trace flag in the org in one table. Enable or extend logging for a user with preset durations, using a dedicated debug-level preset or one that already exists in your org. -> Download a single log, or all fetched logs bundled into one file. -> Multiple orgs. When several Salesforce tabs are open, pick which org to work against. Enhanced Domains (separate Lightning / API / Setup domains) are handled automatically. PRIVACY The extension has no backend and collects no data. There is no sign-up and no analytics. To call Salesforce's Tooling and REST APIs it reuses the session cookie of the org you are already signed in to, as a bearer token. That token stays in your browser and is sent only to your org's own Salesforce domains (*.salesforce.com, *.force.com). Log content and user records fetched from the org live only in memory in the tab and are discarded when the tab is closed. Permissions: -> "cookies": read the session cookie of the open org to authenticate API calls. -> access to *.salesforce.com / *.force.com: make the API requests to your org and detect which org tabs are open.
