Recordist: meeting notes with no bot in the call

For Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex in Chrome. Works with the free Recordist app; the record stays on your laptop.

Your calls, remembered. No bot in the meeting. 🎙️ Recordist turns your Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex calls in Chrome into a clean transcript, sharp notes and a follow-up email ready to send, written on your own laptop. Nobody joins your call. By default, Recordist asks before it records. 👉 Try it on your next call: add this extension, get the free Recordist app at https://recordist.app/download?from=chrome, and press Record. ⚡ After every call • Every word, searchable, with who said what • Notes with the decisions, the owners and the dates • A follow-up email drafted from what was actually said • Who owes what: every promise in one place, so nothing slips 🔒 The record stays with you • No bot in the call. Recordist listens on your laptop, the way you do. • Asks first: a small card asks before a recording starts, and nothing records until you say yes (you can change this in Settings). • Recordings, transcripts and notes are kept on your laptop. • This extension talks only to the Recordist app on your laptop (127.0.0.1). It sends nothing to our servers. ✨ What the extension adds • Spots your meeting in Chrome and brings up Recordist's record card • Passes the meeting title and the names on screen, so your notes are labelled • Record now and a one-click marker for the moment that matters 🤝 Made for calls that carry commitments Consultants, lawyers, HR and people teams, recruiters, coaches: anyone who has to remember exactly what was agreed. 💡 Free to start Recording, transcription and search are free with no limit. Pro adds unlimited AI notes, follow-up emails and Ask, which answers questions about all your calls. Plans: https://recordist.app/pricing The Recordist app runs on Mac.
