Overview
The #1 career networking extension that finds and gets you in front of the right people before you apply to any job.
Figwork helps you stop applying into the void. Instead of sending resumes to job boards and hearing nothing back, Figwork connects you directly with the recruiters that are hiring. WHAT FIGWORK DOES: 1. Browse over 2 million active jobs: Each listing shows what you actually care about up front: compensation range, location, work mode, seniority, benefits, and workplace rating. 2. Get matched by Maya, your AI job assistant. Tell Maya what you're looking for in plain English ("find me a job that uses MongoDB and matches my background") and she surfaces roles that fit your resume and experience, with a plain-language explanation of why each role fits you. 3. Find the right person to contact. For any job, Figwork identifies real people at the company recruiters, hiring managers, and alumni from your school — and stars the contact most likely to respond to you. 4. Write outreach that gets replies. Maya drafts a short, personalized email tailored to both the role and the person you're contacting, including tips on what they care about and how to approach them. Review it, edit it, and hit send without leaving the extension. WHY INSTALL IT: Most applications get filtered out before a human ever reads them. A warm introduction to the right person is the single most effective way to land an interview. Figwork automates the hard parts of networking finding jobs worth pursuing, identifying the right contact, and writing a message worth replying to so you can go from "job posting" to "conversation with a hiring manager" in minutes. Install Figwork and start landing interviews, not just submitting applications.
