Export Library Analytics data from Figma to CSV, JSON, or Markdown. Open a Chrome side panel beside your Figma tab — it detects what you are viewing and offers a one-click download. Changes - 9 June 2026: Markdown exports — names with | no longer break tables. - 8 June 2026: Panel insights in the side panel (optional in exports). Libraries path: library name and list detection fixes. Better variant extraction and special-character handling. - 1 June 2026: Automatic view detection — the side panel identifies your current view and updates as you navigate. Contextual Download button — one click exports the current view; scanning happens automatically. Expanded exports — Styles and Variables (including Modes) lists and detail views; per-file usage for variants, single components, styles, and variables. Modal launcher — open the side panel from a button in the Library Analytics modal header. Inline export — CSV, JSON, and Markdown buttons in the modal while the side panel is open. Complete lists — auto-scrolls virtualized tables so long lists export in full. - 15 March 2026: Renamed to Figma Analytics Export. Chrome side panel replaces the toolbar popup. Unified CSV / JSON / Markdown format picker in the side panel. - 15 February 2026: Added JSON and Markdown export formats alongside CSV. Property usage analysis — first analytics insights: variant property value counts and percentages in exports (Davy Fung). Export Library Analytics (CSV, JSON, Markdown) - Components — full list, variant detail (with property usage analysis), variant file usage, single-component file usage - Styles — full list and per-style file usage - Variables — variables list, modes list, and per-variable file usage - Panel insights — usage charts and maintainer notes in the side panel; optionally include the same analysis in exports How it works - Open Library Analytics in Figma, then open the side panel from the toolbar or the modal launcher button - The panel shows which library and view you are on, and enables Download when export is available - Choose CSV, JSON, or Markdown; inline export buttons also appear in the modal while the panel is open - Works from the workspace, inside a design file, or via the Libraries browser Notes - Library analytics requires an Organisation or Enterprise Figma plan - The library analytics modal must be open and the Analytics tab selected - Detection runs only while the side panel is open For anyone unable to install browser extensions due to security policies, a javascript bookmarklet is available: https://gist.github.com/NoWorries/5c1763d6ad2ec784366d23b0880ae666
