The Field-Nation Countifier is a productivity enhancing chrome extension designed to save time and streamline workflows for Field Nation Contractors/Providers by providing key visual indicators and automatic updates while navigating work orders on the platform. INSTALLATION NOTES: ◇ After installing Field-Nation Countifier, remember to refresh the 'Manage Work' web page (app.fieldnation.com) on the FieldNation.com website. ◇ The MP3 defaults to no sound. Remember to define an MP3 notification sound after installing extension (click on the Field-Nation Countifier icon). > Key Features and Benefits: < ⇶ Favicon Badge with Real-Time Updates ✔ Displays a dynamic badge directly on the extension icon with a count of 'Available Work Orders. ✔ Saves time by allowing Field Nation Pro's to monitor work order changes at a glance without needing to manually check and refresh the tab. ⇶ Enhanced Page Title & Visual Focus Indicators ✔ Updates the browser tab title to include the current count of Available Work Orders when hovering the mouse over the tab. ✔ Unique tab icons that simplifies multitasking by making it easier to identify the Field Nation tab among other open tabs - whether the tab is in focus or not. ✔ Ensures critical updates are easily noticeable, reducing the risk of missing important incoming work orders while working on other tasks. ⇶ Automatic Refresh for Maximum Efficiency ✔ Avoids the need for manual refreshes, saving valuable time and ensuring Providers stay current with incoming Available/Routed Work Orders. ✔ The Field Nation tab will only refresh if the tab is not in focus. This is so if action is being taken on the Field Nation tab - it won't refresh causing loss of data. ⇶ Countdown Timer ✔ A visual countdown timer on the page shows the time remaining until the next automatic refresh. ✔ Providers are alerted after page refresh when new job opportunities arise, allowing them to respond promptly to the work order - increasing cash flow. ⇶ Audio Notification ✔ An audio notification is given when there are Available Work Orders, allowing the choice of several different alert sounds. ✔ The Audio Notification allows a Field Nation Provider to multitask and not have to be tethered to an office chair. Note: Field-Nation Countifier is best used when the extension is 'pinned' to the toolbar. Instructions for 'pinning' or showing a Chrome Extension on the toolbar: 1. Look for the puzzle piece icon (🧩) in the top right of your browser's toolbar. 2. Click on the puzzle piece icon to show the list of installed extensions. 3. Find the "Field-Nation Countifier" extension in the list. 4. Click the respective icon next to the extension name that hides/shows/pins the extension to the toolbar. 5. The extension icon will now be permanently visible in your browser's toolbar. As with all Netspeedz Chrome extensions, they are designed with your needs in mind.
