Detect HLS, DASH and progressive video on a page, pick a format, and save it to a folder you choose. Note to reviewers: Version 1.0.0 was rejected for remotely hosted code. The cause was one unused string in the vendored ffmpeg.wasm library, `CORE_URL` in vendor/ffmpeg/lib/const.js, which upstream points at unpkg.com. Nothing read it: offscreen/remux.js always passes an explicit address from chrome.runtime.getURL(), and the policy script-src 'self' would have blocked a load from it. It now points at ../core/ffmpeg-core.js, inside the package. The package holds no remote code address of any kind. ffmpeg is the 32 MB WebAssembly file at vendor/ffmpeg/core/ffmpeg-core.wasm, inside the package. Version 1.0.1 was rejected due to missing Download button. That is fixed
