You know the feeling. You open Reddit "just for a second" and suddenly it’s been two hours. Doom Stalling is a simple intervention: when you navigate to a site you’ve flagged as unproductive, it pauses you with a countdown and a pointed question. It doesn’t block anything. It just gives you a moment to ask yourself: "Do I actually want to do this?"
