Only 3 Asins tracking

I purchase the license for the keyword tracker after the trial. I have added almost 100 SKUs with search terms for each, but only 3 are tracking. I have check that my keywords are ranking on amazon so not sure why the extension isn't picking it up.

I have tried to delete and reload the ASIN, and the key words, and now it should shows as loading.

I bought for a year and it still says trial?? Can you please reach me And you don't have a support anywhere in the website when you're logged in!

Can't run AMZ keyword tracker

Can't run AMZ keyword tracker even though it's already been added to the Chrome. Let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
