Organized my applications and it helps me reduce the amount of meetings with my manager as he can now simply view and comment after performance review. Also, the option of monthly goal setup is intresting as it piques the sense of achievement as we track down our progress each day. One minor suggestion of mine would be to add some kind of leaderboard for establishing a healthy competition between users.
