Adds Express Medical Supply menus to the NikoHealth title bar, linking to internal worklists, playbooks and dashboards.

Internal tool for Express Medical Supply staff. Adds menus to the NikoHealth title bar (Worklists, Playbooks, Intake, Executive Dashboards) that link to the company's internal worklist apps, playbooks and dashboards. Links open in a new tab. It runs only on expmedsupply.nikohealth.com, only adds menu buttons, and never changes NikoHealth data. Some menus are shown only to specific staff, based on the Google Workspace account signed into Chrome. That check happens in the browser, and nothing is sent anywhere.
