Use your own client questionnaire or download a Word template (B1/B2 or F1) from the side panel and send it to the applicant. 2. Upload the completed questionnaire and/or scans/photos of documents: passport, previous visas, employment letter, invitation, documents from the school. 3. In about a minute, AI builds the applicant's profile from them and shows what it found, how confident it is, where the documents contradict each other and what data is missing. 4. Open the DS-160 on the CEAC website (Consular Electronic Application Center, ceac.state.gov) in a regular tab. The side panel detects the current page of the application and fills its fields from the profile. 5. You check the page and click Next.
