Been using FFL Boss for nearly 2 years and have been happy with the software and the NICS Autofill extension was working great until recently. We have not been able to launch or use the Assisted LEEP function to autofill the NICS data. It was working great up until a a few weeks when it was noticed on all three shop computers that the Autofill was not working. UPDATE 08/2021 - We started our firearms business as FFL Boss customers back in 2019. Loved the product, as it streamlined background checks, 4473s, bound book and inventory management. Great flow, great interface, well thought out. The 6.0 update brought about a number of challenges for us as users.
