Neuters Fextralife's terrible MinnitChat implementation

Fextralife, I hate your chat (MinnitChat) implementation. I think it is one of the worst things you could have implemented, keep chat on discord. So I wrote an extension that removes it. It only works on the Fextralife domains (https://fextralife.com/) It works on all of the wikis. https://totemic.org/elden-ring-also-fextralifes-minnitchat-is-absolutely-terrible/
