Pictured is a Fennec Fox – the world’s smallest fox, famous for its ears that use up nearly 1/3 of its body. Its creamy yellow fur mixed with white, soft and silky, helps it blend in easily with the desert sand. Its sharp black eyes, slightly squinted in the light, give it a feeling of both love and cunning. Its body is small and neat, with slender legs and a long, fluffy tail behind. The background is sand and rocks, true to the Sahara desert habitat – where it survives.
