Table Export - HTML Table to CSV, Excel & Clipboard
Overview
Copy any table on a page to CSV, Excel or your clipboard without the formatting breaking. No row limit, no account.
Copying a table off a web page usually goes wrong somewhere. Merged cells collapse, rows you cannot even see come along for the ride, and everything lands in one column. Table Export hands you the table the way it actually looks on screen. Click the toolbar icon and every data table on the page is listed with its size and a small preview. Choose one, pick a format, save. Or press "Pick on page" and click the one you want directly on the page itself. FREE — no account, no sign-up, no row limit - CSV and TSV files - Copy straight to the clipboard - Merged cells (colspan / rowspan) are filled in where they belong - Rows hidden on screen are left out, and the popup tells you how many - Page-layout tables are kept out of the list, and that count is shown too - Optional UTF-8 BOM so Excel opens accented and non-Latin text correctly - Optional: leave merged cells blank instead of repeating the value PRO — one license, paid once, no subscription - Excel (.xlsx) output: plain numbers and ISO dates (2026-09-11) become real number and date cells; formatted values like 1,234 or $5 are kept as text exactly as shown - Markdown output - Export every table on the page at once — one sheet per table in a single .xlsx - One key works on up to 5 devices, and keeps working offline for up to 30 days NOTHING LEAVES YOUR BROWSER There is no server and no account. Conversion happens locally, and the contents of your tables are never uploaded anywhere. This extension does not ask for access to all your sites: it reads the page only in the tab where you clicked the icon, and reads nothing otherwise. No analytics, no tracking. WHAT IT CANNOT DO — worth knowing before you install - Chrome blocks every extension on chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store, and the built-in PDF viewer. This one is no exception. - On grids that keep only the visible rows in the page (virtual scrolling), only those rows exist to be read. The popup warns you when it spots this.
