Quick Access to monday.com

Chrome extension can see my Monday account but it's not loading my workspaces or boards

I have the extension loaded and it shows my Monday.com instance (and it is loaded and allowed on my workspaces in Monday.com. When I click on my initials my workspaces where it is approved won't load which means my boards aren't loading either. I really want to get this to work.
