It fails at the most basic feature: doesn't handle RSS links. If an RSS extension fails to display an icon when a feed is detected on a page, it is pretty much useless.

The extension only opens Feedly site...

It was pretty decent but they've changed the layout AGAIN so now when you try to read articles with the sidebar open on a 1080 monitor, you've got vast amounts of useless white space and the centering of the article list is completely off center. This isn't the first time they've decided to change the visuals on a whim only to make their program worse.

Doesn't handle RSS links. When I click on an rss link I want it added to my feedly but when I install this app there's no 'Add to Feedly' option on the context menu for rss links and it doesn't open the RSS file from the site in feedly. Which means I have to copy and paste the link into feedly's search box, search for it and add it. Which is horribly clunky and awkward when I just want to add something and move on.

No icons at all, and it's just a hotlink to feedly.com... I can do that too.

Useless "extension" that only uses RAM in Chrome because it only opens a web link. Feedly.com is bad, too; must setup an account thru FB or Google, and its not intuitive, so its just a jumbled mess that I wasted weekend hours trying to up and now gonna delete. MESS!

I mark items as read or hide them, but they still show up. No way to clear a large back-log of unread items. Deleted after 10 min.

Rock solid rss agregator. All my feeds in one nicely arranged in one place. Easy to set up and use. But a couple of things bother me. 1) Doesn't create an icon in the browser UI. This shoud be addressed asap. Had to create a bookmark to get to my rss feeds. 2) Another thing I didn't like is that feedly "does not" have a separate login. Had to use my google login. Could be that feedly is in the business of harvesting metadata.

What's the point of this "app"? It doesn't do anything but launch feedly.com. When others have pointed out that the app doesn't actually *do* anything, someone from Feedly responds with a link to the extension. So...just get the extension?
