Feedfast: Block Reels and Shorts

Stops YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels from opening, and keeps you where you were.

Feedfast stops YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels from opening, and keeps you where you were. Nothing on the sites is hidden or changed. The moment you open a Short or a Reel, Feedfast stops it before it plays and puts you back on the page you were on, with a small "blocked by Feedfast" note that says why. Videos, posts, messages and search keep working as usual. YOUTUBE • Clicking a Short, the Shorts button, or scrolling to the next Short keeps you on your page • A channel's Shorts tab is stopped too FACEBOOK • Tapping Reels or a reel in your feed keeps you where you were INSTAGRAM • The Reels tab and reels in your feed don't open LINKS FROM ELSEWHERE A Short or Reel link opened from another page is stopped before it loads, and you go back to where you came from. In a new tab, Feedfast shows a short message with a button to the site instead. ONE SWITCH Turn Feedfast off and on in one click from the toolbar, or choose site by site. The toolbar shows OFF while it's paused. SEE WHAT YOU SKIPPED Statistics show how many Reels and Shorts were blocked today, by site, and over the last 7 days, with your daily average and the site blocked most. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Feedfast only looks at the page address on these three sites. Your switches and the last 7 days of counts stay in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere. Free.
