Overview
Capture, annotate and discuss website feedback with your team on your chosen Feedbacks server.
Your team's slate for the web. Capture a webpage, draw on the screenshot and discuss the exact change with your team. Keep quick client requests and review conversations together before turning an agreed change into a GitHub issue, project task or design update. A Feedbacks server and an account on that server are required. You can self-host the complete open-source application, or connect to an instance operated by your team. This extension does not include a free hosted account. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enter your team's Feedbacks server address and approve the connection in its web app. 2. Open a supported website. Click Feedbacks or use its right-click action to start a review. 3. Capture the page or choose a point. Mark up the screenshot with pencil, arrows and shapes; redact sensitive areas before sending. 4. Add your comment. Your team can reply, organize threads with optional tags and categories, and resolve decisions in the shared web app. KEEP THE CONTEXT • Screenshot, page URL, viewport and selected element context travel with the feedback. • Previous/next thread controls, arrow-key navigation and saved review views help with larger reviews in the web app. • Optional console and resource-timing diagnostics can be reviewed before sharing. They are off by default. • MCP lets compatible coding assistants read authorized discussions and reviewer context. The server also provides an HTTP API and CLI. Configure these separately; they are not required to capture feedback. YOUR SERVER, YOUR STORAGE The complete app, extension and MCP source are available under Apache-2.0. Self-host with PostgreSQL and private S3-compatible storage, including Wasabi. Server, storage and maintenance costs are separate. New feedback goes to the server you choose. PERMISSIONS YOU CONTROL The extension requests access to your chosen server when you connect. Automatic right-click review on all supported websites is a separate, optional permission. You can use the toolbar action without enabling that broad access. Automatic review loads existing pins from your server using the page context; new screenshots and comments are uploaded when you submit. Chrome restricts extensions on internal browser pages and the Chrome Web Store. Some embedded frames and dynamic pages can limit targeting. GitHub and Figma handoff is manual; no automatic sync is included.
