Feed Summariser
Overview
Adds a Summarise button to YouTube video cards, so you know what a video covers before committing twenty minutes to it.
Feed Summariser adds a Summarise button to video cards on YouTube. Click it and an AI-written summary opens right there — key points, with timestamps you can click to jump straight to the part you care about. No tab switching. No pasting links into another tool. It works on your home feed, subscriptions, search results, channel pages, playlists, watch history, and next to the video you're already watching. WHY YOU MIGHT WANT IT A twenty-minute video often holds two minutes of what you actually came for. This tells you which two, before you commit. WHAT IT COSTS Nothing. There's no payment method to enter. Signing in with Google is required so that one person can't use up the whole service, and it comes with a free weekly allowance. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It doesn't track what you watch. The only videos it ever knows about are the ones where you press Summarise yourself. No ads, no trackers, nothing sold to anyone. Summaries are written by the Gemini language model and will sometimes be wrong. Don't rely on one for anything that matters. Not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
