Feed Freeze
Overview
Freeze the YouTube home feed, hide Shorts and recommendations, and disable infinite scroll. Requires a Feed Freeze Pro subscription.
Feed Freeze turns YouTube back into a tool you use on purpose. The home feed is frozen. Infinite scroll stops. Shorts and sidebar recommendations disappear. Everything you actually came for still works — search, subscriptions, playlists, comments, channels, and watching videos. WHAT IT DOES • Freeze Home Feed — the endless grid is replaced with a calm, quiet page • Disable Infinite Scroll — pages stop auto-loading more videos forever • Hide Shorts — no Shorts shelf, no Shorts tab, no vertical rabbit hole • Hide Recommended — the sidebar and end-screen suggestions go away WHAT STILL WORKS Search, subscriptions, history, playlists, comments, channel pages, and normal video playback are untouched. CONTROL Toggle protection on or off from the popup in one click. Turn each rule on or off individually in Settings. No configuration required to get started. PRIVACY Feed Freeze does not track you, does not read your watch history, and does not send your browsing anywhere. Your settings stay in your browser (and sync via your Chrome account if you have sync enabled). Scroll on purpose.
