Overview
Collapses or hides ads, sponsored posts, and suggested content from your professional network feed.
Feed Focuser cleans up your professional social network feed by collapsing or hiding ads, sponsored posts, suggested connections, promoted content, and other noise so you only see posts from people you actually follow. What it does When you scroll your feed, Feed Focuser quietly classifies each post. Anything that looks like an ad or filler gets collapsed into a slim colour-coded strip so you can see what was filtered and why. Click the arrow on any strip to read the full post. Or switch to full hide mode in the settings if you prefer a cleaner feed. Filter categories • Ads & sponsored posts • "Recommended for you" and suggested connections • LinkedIn News and trending topics • Company/brand page posts pushed into your feed • Posts from 2nd or 3rd degree connections (optional) • Custom keywords — hide any post containing words you choose Smart label learning Feed Focuser learns the exact ad label text your region and language uses (e.g. "Promoted", "Sponsored", "Patrocinado"). Once a label appears on enough ad cards it shows up in the popup so you can toggle it on or off. Privacy first Everything runs locally in your browser. No data is collected, no requests are made to external servers, and nothing leaves your machine. Settings are stored in your browser's built-in extension storage.
