Feed Focus adds a daily focus mode to your feed, designed for use with Instagram. Every algorithmic platform is built to keep you scrolling longer than you meant to. Feed Focus doesn't block the app — it removes the specific features designed to pull you in, while leaving everything you actually came for untouched. WHAT IT DOES - Hides the Reels tab and Explore from navigation - Locks your feed to "Following" — no algorithmic "For You" content - Set your own daily time budget for anything video-related — it enforces itself automatically once you've used it up - Optional: cap how many posts you can scroll per day - Optional: completely freeze access after a time you choose - Reels a friend sends you directly still play normally — you just can't fall down an endless queue afterward - One toggle, built right into the navigation bar you already use COMPLETELY FREE Feed Focus is free to use, no account required.
