Feed Bouncer works like a bouncer at the door of your Facebook feed. Your friends and the pages you follow get in. Ads, suggested posts and the clutter Facebook mixes in get stopped. WHAT IT CAN HIDE • Sponsored posts, and the Sponsored box in the sidebar • Suggested posts from groups, people and pages you don't follow • Posts containing words or phrases you choose • The Stories, Reels and People You May Know sections • Comments too, if you want WHO ALWAYS GETS IN • Your friends and the pages and people you follow (only your ✗ or a keyword hides them) • Posts that tag or mention you • Posts with your "always show" keywords • Anyone you mark ✓ • Posts in a group you open yourself, like a link a friend sent you BADGES Every name gets a small badge: Friend, Following, Joined, Person, Page, Group, Anonymous or Ad. Pages often look like people; the badge says what Facebook's own data says. Click a badge to always show (✓) or always hide (✗) that person, page or group. YOUR CHOICE OF STYLE Hidden posts can shrink to a thin bar you can open with one click, or disappear completely. HIDDEN MEANS UNSEEN, EVEN BY FACEBOOK Facebook notes what you scroll past and how long you stop, and uses that to decide what to show you next. It counts a post as seen once enough of it has been on your screen for a moment. Feed Bouncer switches hidden posts off completely, so they never reach your screen and aren't counted as seen. Lingering on junk can't teach Facebook to send you more of it. (Facebook still knows it sent you those posts; it just can't see you look at them.) MORE THAN ONE PERSON Each Facebook account in the browser gets its own settings, list and keywords, chosen automatically by whoever is signed in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs in your browser. Feed Bouncer only talks to Facebook, using the account you're already signed in with, and nothing is sent anywhere else. No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Feed Bouncer is not made by or affiliated with Facebook or Meta.
